Restaurant information is provided by Foursquare. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Hours, locations, and availability may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before visiting.

3. Location Data

If you choose to share your location, it is used solely to find nearby restaurants. We do not store, sell, or share your location data. Location access is optional — you may enter an address manually instead.

4. User Comments

If you submit a comment through the feedback form, you agree that:

Your comment does not contain unlawful, abusive, or offensive content.
We may review and delete comments at our discretion.
Comments are not published publicly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that restaurant recommendations will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability
